After the ceremony you will welcome your guests in the grand, paneled Tharp Hall, with its sweeping staircase. Champagne and canapes will be served on the Rose Terrace in front of the main house, overlooking the spectacular gardens.
The terrace and gardens sit between the house and park and provide a wonderful opportunity for great photographs.
The Lake Marquee at Chippenham Park offers a breathtaking view over the vast lake. This glorious location is the setting for the wedding breakfast and evening party.
The Lake Marquee is fully contained with everything you need for your celebration, seating up to 200 guests for the wedding breakfast (space for 250 for the evening party). It has large window walls on two sides giving wonderful views over the lake, with two french doors that lead out onto a decked area, set up with café-style tables, chairs and umbrellas, perfect for warm nights. The marquee has a large dance floor with a twinkling starlight ceiling for the evening entertainment, and a permanent bar.
The ivory-lined marquee is carpeted over timber flooring, with clear views looking out over the lake and park. Seating can be arranged to the client’s requirements, including a round or rectangular top table.
