Feeling hot, hot, hot!
Whenever we’re feeling chilly, we will always remember this wedding. The day the Earth seemed hotter than the sun! Carrie and Mark wanted a dry summers day for their wedding – we just don’t think any of us expected the heatwave they received in the middle of September! Yet, despite the scorching rays and guests darting from shaded area to shaded area – this wedding was epic!
This beautiful couple married in our local village Church, St Margaret’s before arriving to us alongside their 100 excitable and thirsty guests. A delightful drinks reception ensued accompanied by the wonderful Saxwalker, who serenaded us all with his saxophonist skills. Temperatures decided to dip a tad but the time our lakeside marquee hosted their sumptuous three course wedding breakfast alongside some fabulous speeches. This wedding was iconic, this couple were a vibe and their guests got the memo when it came to filling that dance floor! So much time and effort had gone into the details of this wedding and a personal favourite of ours were the little envelopes placed on each table – keep scrolling to see.
