Wedding Ceremony
Chippenham Park is a licensed wedding venue for civil and partnership ceremonies. There are several places you can say your ‘I dos’.
Lake Summerhouse
On the edge of the lake our waterside wedding venue is our most romantic ceremony spot. Walk down the aisle surrounded by trees and flowers. Then say your vows in the pretty Summer House, complete with climbing roses. And if the sky refuses to be your something blue? The Old Ballroom is all yours. Seats up to 120 wedding guests.
The Octagon
A new addition, the elegant, lead-roofed, octagonal, oak gazebo is located on the lawns just in front of the house. Embraced by a circle of yew hedge, this more secluded ceremony venue with the gentle gurgle of the fountain nearby, is quickly becoming a favourite spot to tie the knot. Seats up to 120 wedding guests.
The Old Ballroom
Newly decorated and furnished with antique paintings, the Old Ballroom is an aisle with style. Walk in to the tinkle of the grand piano and exchange vows in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows. Then stroll straight onto the lawn through the French doors. Seats up to 85, or 120 wedding guests when combined with the Tharp Hall.
St Margaret’s Church, Chippenham
If you have a connection with one of our three local parishes, you can have your wedding ceremony in beautiful St Margaret’s Church.
